His main YouTube channel, "MrBeast", is the fifth-most-subscribed on the platform. Donaldson, who was thirteen years old at the time began uploading his videos on YouTube under the name "MrBeast6000". His initial videos included "Let's Plays" and "videos estimating how much other YouTubers have." In 2017, the "counting as high as 100,000" YouTube video became viral. He was 13 years old young and had the handle "MrBeast6000". The initial videos featured Let's Plays and videos about estimating other YouTubers' wealth. When his channel began to gain traction, Donaldson hired several of his former classmates to assist him in running the growing business. MrBeast was the main YouTube channel of Donaldson which had 60 members.
